Delete your Gneta account

In the app

Open Settings, find the Privacy section and tap Delete account. You can export a copy of your data first. Then confirm in two steps: Continue to delete, then Delete everything. It cannot be undone.

No access to the app?

Email hello@gneta.app from the address on the account and we delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account, profile, health readings, workouts, plans, friends and messages with the coach, plus your files in storage. If you connected Garmin, we tell Garmin to close the connection first. We send you a confirmation email.

Backups age out within 6 days. We also keep a short staff access log, with your account id and the reason for access, and no health data.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your store account settings first.
