Terms of Service

Effective date: March 6, 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Gneta ("the Service"), a personal fitness dashboard operated by Solidary Solutions AB, org. nr 559176-7495, Vastansjovagen 86, 770 14 Nyhammar, Sweden ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Gneta consolidates your Garmin workout data and provides AI-powered coaching insights. The Service allows you to view activity history, health metrics, training trends, and receive personalized training recommendations.

3. Account Terms

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • One account per person. Accounts may not be shared with others.
  • You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. During the trial:

  • No payment information is required to start a trial.
  • You will not be charged during the trial period.
  • We will send you a reminder email 3 days before your trial expires.
  • When the trial expires, access to premium features (AI coaching, advanced analytics) will be restricted until you subscribe.
  • Your data is retained after the trial ends. You can subscribe at any time to regain full access.

5. Subscription and Billing

Pricing

Gneta offers a paid subscription plan. Current pricing is displayed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly) at the then-current price. You will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal.

Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All prices are in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes where required.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will notify you by email and retry the charge according to Stripe's dunning schedule. If payment is not resolved, your subscription may be suspended or canceled.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

EU Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Swedish distance selling regulations (distansavtalslagen), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of your initial subscription purchase. To exercise this right, contact us at joakim.eriksson@solidarysolutions.se within 14 days of your purchase. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request.

By using the Service during the withdrawal period, you acknowledge that the digital service has been partially performed and that you may still exercise your right of withdrawal, with a proportional deduction for the service already provided.

Refunds After Withdrawal Period

After the 14-day withdrawal period, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your paid billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the "Manage Subscription" button in your account settings, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

7. Acceptable Use

Gneta is intended for personal fitness tracking and training analysis. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond normal usage.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its data.

8. Garmin Integration

Gneta integrates with Garmin Connect to retrieve your fitness and health data. Gneta is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Garmin Ltd. or its subsidiaries. Your use of Garmin Connect is subject to Garmin's own terms of service and privacy policy. We cannot guarantee the continued availability of the Garmin integration, as it depends on third-party services outside our control.

9. AI Coaching Disclaimer

Gneta provides AI-powered training insights and coaching recommendations generated by artificial intelligence. This content is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional or certified coach before starting any new exercise program or making significant changes to your training. You use the AI coaching features entirely at your own risk.

10. Data, Privacy, and Account Deletion

Your use of Gneta is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal and fitness data.

  • You may delete your account at any time through the account settings page.
  • Account deletion permanently removes all your personal data, activity data, health summaries, AI analyses, and goals from our systems.
  • Account deletion is irreversible. We cannot recover deleted data.
  • If you have an active subscription, canceling your subscription before deleting your account is recommended. Deleting your account does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period.

11. Termination

By you: You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time through your account settings. No notice period is required.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to resolve payment issues after reasonable notice. In cases of serious abuse, we may terminate without prior notice. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any prepaid subscription fees for the remaining billing period.

12. Service Availability

Gneta is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee any specific level of uptime, availability, or performance. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. For significant changes that affect paying subscribers, we will provide reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

13. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content (excluding your personal data), is owned by Solidary Solutions AB. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over your fitness data, health metrics, or personal information. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Solidary Solutions AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved by the courts of Sweden.

If you are an EU consumer, you also have the right to submit disputes to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or to your local consumer dispute resolution body. In Sweden, you may contact Allmanna reklamationsnamnden (ARN) at www.arn.se.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. For material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. The "Effective date" at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
