What happens after my 14-day trial?
If you subscribe, everything stays the same. If not, your account remains and you keep access to your dashboard and data, but AI coaching drops to 5 messages per month until you subscribe.
Do I need a Garmin watch to use Gneta?
Yes. Gneta currently works exclusively with Garmin watches and devices synced through Garmin Connect.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in. Cancel anytime from your account settings and you keep access until the end of your billing period.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. You can change your billing period anytime from your account settings.
Do you offer refunds?
