What happens after my 14-day trial?
When the trial ends, the AI coach, dashboard, and training plans pause until you subscribe ($14.99/mo or $99/year). You keep your account and your full activity history — nothing is deleted, and you are never charged automatically.
Do I need a Garmin watch to use Gneta?
Yes. Gneta currently works exclusively with Garmin watches and devices synced through Garmin Connect.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in. Cancel anytime from your account settings and you keep access until the end of your billing period.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. You can change your billing period anytime from your account settings.
Do you offer refunds?
